NHM Kerala Manager Recruitment 2022 in Hospital Network Management & Quality Assurance Dept.

There are three manager vacancies in NHM Kerala. All the three vacancies in are for different departments and work domains. Except qualification and work experiwence all else is the same for all the manager posts.

1. Manager (Hospital Network Management & Quality Assurance) Dept.
2. Manager (Audit & Compliance)
3. .Medical Auditor

Essential qualification and experience required for NHM Managers:

Manager (Hospital Network Management & Quality Assurance) Dept:

MBBS from a recognized medical college;  At least 03 years of work experience in the area
of healthcare quality.

Desirable/Preferable Education and Experience for the Network Manager Post:

• MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Health/Hospital
  Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in healthcare.
• Experience in insurance or TPA industry in the area of provider management is desirable.

Manager (Audit & Compliance) Dept:

MBBS from a recognized medical college; At least 03 years of work experience in the area
of healthcare quality.

Desirable/Preferable Education and Experience for the Audit Manager Post:

• MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Health/Hospital
  Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in healthcare
• Experience in insurance or TPA industry in the area of provider management is desirable.
• Experience in claim audit as well as health care classification system are desirable
• At least one year of clinical practice post house surgery.

Manager (Medical Audit Dept:

MBBS from a recognized medical college; At least 3 years of work experience in the area of health care quality.

Desirable/Preferable Education and Experience for the Medical Audit Manager Post:

• MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Public Health/Hospital
  Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in Health Care.
• Experience in Insurance or TPA industry in the area of provider management is desirable.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.04.

Job type: On contractual basis.

Salary: Rs. 70,000 /-
